Registration

Registration for classes is through thefencingtrainer.com, a tool built and maintained by a past fencer at the club. Registration is simple and fast, and all classes are scheduled through there. The schedule changes seasonally based on demand, and we try to push it out more than a few weeks at a time. What is there now will be stable through the school year. If you have questions or need help getting scheduled, please email us at ncfboulder@gmail.com and we’ll help you out!

We have a few simple things that we ask when you set up your account.

  • Please use your fencers name, and register an account for every fencer in your family. This makes it much easier for us to know who is actually coming in.

  • Make sure to put in the year they were born. This is critical as we use that information when it comes to competition, grouping, and what a fencer is eligible for.

  • Choose your club as Northern Colorado Fencers. If you don’t, you will not see any classes in the trainer. This step is critical.

  • Use a good contact email to register. This will be the primary email that we use to communicate with you.

Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel classes, the best way is just to drop it on thefencingtrainer.com. The classes close 8 hours before the start time, including the ability to drop.

If you have an emergency or are totally unable to make it to class, please reach out to us at ncfboulder@gmail.com to let us know. We will charge a punch for those classes unless there are extenuating circumstances, so please contact us at the above email to discuss, or call us.
